• When a booking is made approx. 30% of the estimated costs will be charged and the booking will only be confirmed after this amount has been paid. Thereafter the programme will then be discussed further with the customer and the programme and budgets finalised.
On completion of your stay at Slovhunt a bill for the outstanding balance will be sent to you and this is required to be settled within 1O days from your receipt.

• In principle our guests make their own travel arrangements. If you are not bringing any dogs we advise you to fly to Vienna or Bratislava where we can pick you up at the airport. Should your stay include a Saturday, we would suggest you check with the airline to establish if you will be eligible for a discount on your fare.

• On arrival at the Golden Deer hunting lodge, Marta and Miloš will be there to welcome you and you will be introduced to the rest of the Slovhunt team. The Slovhunt team consists of:

• They will inform you about the general facilities and safety procedures and will be ready to assist in any way to ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible. They will take care of all local transport to and from the hunting areas with 4x4 vehicles.

• During your stay at Slovhunt you can be reached by both fax and telephone.

• The hunting and especially the drives are conducted in a time-honoured manner with the game being presented throughout the day with considerable attention in acknowledgement of the beauty and abundance of nature. Having started the day's proceedings huntsmen end the day with traditional horn fanfares.

• The big game hunts are mostly by stalking with our gamekeepers but shooting from the high seats is available if requested.
